These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Zeus, an AI-powered workspace built for real estate professionals to manage emails, transactions, documents, and client communication. By creating an account or using Zeus, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Zeus. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including real estate, privacy, and communications laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Account Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload, sync, or send through Zeus, including emails, contracts, and client information, is accurate and lawfully obtained.

You represent that you have the authority to connect email accounts, transaction platforms, and other third-party integrations to Zeus.

AI Features

Zeus includes AI-powered features that generate drafts, summaries, and writing suggestions. These outputs are generated automatically based on the information available in your account.

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before sending it to clients, brokers, or third parties. Zeus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Integrations and Third-Party Services

Zeus integrates with third-party services such as email providers, Dotloop, and TransactionDesk. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services. If an integration is interrupted or discontinued, Zeus may not be able to provide certain features.

Data and Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or connect to Zeus, including emails, documents, and transaction data.

By using the platform, you grant Zeus a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users’ accounts

• Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without authorization

• Use Zeus to send spam, unlawful marketing messages, or fraudulent communications

• Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of the platform

Fees and Billing

If Zeus offers paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform will end. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Zeus is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the service.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeus and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Zeus in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeus, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Zeus after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
